Brilliant product with excellent customer care. Really impressed with this lock-pick gun, it's like the Rolls Royce of pick gun's! The customer care I experienced after accidentally damaging my Kronos pick gun was literally second to none, with both company repairs policy and actual customer care received being amazing! If you accidentally damage this product in any way you can send it off to the company in Germany for a very small set fee + postage and they'll fix your pick gun. 5/5 stars were well earned!!

I have had my multi about 8 months but it went faulty so i sent it back multipick paid my postage costs and repaired it no hassle and the staff were excellent A1

I bought this after watching Bosnian Bill on youtube. I have to say that im very impressed. It takes a little practice to get the knack of using it but when you do its fantastic. I have some locks i havent managed to manually pick but this made short work of it. One of them in under 3 seconds! Just remember you may need to adjust the angle of the pick slightly in the lock and move it forwards. Most importantly... its 95% about the tension. I suggest if you struggle with the tension wrenches invest in a tension ring.

Well? Im kind of torn? I ordered 2 lock picks and only 1 of them works!! The battery terminal literally fell off wen i opened it! At that price i expect alot more than cheap components? Faults aside im getting the hang of using the 1 that works and am quite happy with it. It takes alot of practice obviously but its very satisfying when it does the business! Not looking forward to the whole returns run around so let the fun begin.

High quality made tool. Not working for me. I must be doing something wrong. Have viewed videos about how it works and how to use. Looks easy enough.
