Pleased with the smaller version so purchased this as a result of that

Very pretty and still all in one piece after a few months

On delivery, started to unpack it and a bit of metal fell out!! Looked at it through the packaging and could see it was broken in several places. Didn't even bother to unwrap it completely. Sending it straight back. Wouldn't have given it any stars at all as it is clearly rubbish, but review wouldn't allow that

This doormat is the model I asked and very usefull. The first one, sent by mistake, is more expensive and useless. Has I have 4 dogs I need one model 100% iron, dog-proof you see?

this broke after about a month outside my back door, it looked lovely but unfortunately the material that it is made from is very poor quality

Ich hatte ursprünglich den halbrunden Abstreifer bestellt; dieser gefiel mir sehr gut, war jedoch für den Eingangsbereich etwas zu schmal und wurde daher auf die Terrasse "verbannt", wo er sehr gut hinpasst, und ich habe mir gleich zusätzlich den rechteckigen Vorleger bestellt. Schaut sehr gut aus - ich hatte länger schon nach etwas "Besonderem" gesucht, nicht immer nur Produkte in schwarz. Bin schon neugierig, wie diese Türmatten den Winter überstehen werden.

Zerbino da esterno in fetto battuto, ben fatto ed elegante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio per abbellire giardino o terrazzo!

I purchased two of these cast iron mats, one arrived broken 5 days ago. Amazon said to contact Esschert. Todate no response from Esschert. Too expensive to be ignored. Update - Esschert contacted me afer posting the above, and said "I am very sorry to hear that you had an issue with one of our doormats. We sell our product directly to Amazon and they rebox the items and send them out. We also give them a damage allowance for any items that are damaged upon receipt. I am sure these were not broken when we sent them to Amazon as they had to repack for shipping to their customers and never would have sent you a broken item. They need to file a claim with their package delivery company to get a refund for their customer. Once again, I really am sorry that you got a damaged item but this is an issue that needs to be resolved with Amazon." So Amazon says to contact Esschert, Esschert says to contact Amazon - gezzzzzzz. Not happy.
