My hair looks greasy in couple days after washing but still frizzy and very dry ends. Will it get rid of frizz?

I would not recommend it for a daily use. Best result will be after applying on damp hair and blow-dry.

What's the difference between chi and the chi in the red bottle and can it be used on dry hair that hasn't been washed?

Chi has keratin added. Where red bottle chi is just to smooth frizzy hair. I never used on unwashed hair so can't answer.
