I bought this Beaphar anti-mange spray for our pet rats after a flea issue from a cat led to skin problems, scratching, and what looked like mange symptoms. We had already tried other options without much success, so this was a bit of a last attempt to get things under control. What worked: Very impressed with how effective this was. After just one treatment, within a few days the scratching reduced significantly, no new bite marks or sores were appearing, and the skin started to calm down. Since then, the fur has been recovering well and overall condition has improved a lot. It was easy to apply and did exactly what we needed it to do when other treatments failed. What didn’t: Nothing to report so far. It worked quickly and as expected for our situation. Would I recommend it: Yes, especially if you are dealing with mites or similar skin issues and other treatments have not worked. Based on our experience, it was effective and made a noticeable difference in a short amount of time.

Aight here's what's up, it took 10 days for this patch of square to regrow the damn hair.. it was crazy !!! So my baby is 6 years old and I thought he was just aging until I got told pigs don't lose hairs when they age.. so I started checking out and paying more alot attention to her until I found out he was scraching alot then I realised it could be parasite.. vets are too far foe my area and they cost you unreasonable prices for something they have not much to offer. I've had several expirence of my pigs dying due to what the vets prescribe me for their meds and so foe this one I decided to follow my instinct and did my own research as I come a cross this brand. Man this square area on her belly ribs and thigh was hairless.. I wish I had a photo of her back 2 weeks ago but I was too desperate. I used 2 spray ! And he stop scraching straight away ! I observed for two days he does every now and then but not as much as often. Theb my guy right here after a week I started not noticing his skin but I started seeing furr. 10 day later it's not balance but damn loook at them furr I didn't know they grow this quick ! Tho once spray I recommend you to whipe it and spread it around his body coz he got a cut from bites by his shoulder as he scrach it so I assume what ever he has moved up there so I bought antiseptic to cure that and will spray him again. This product saved 4 of my babies. Highly recommended just make sure you use a gloves or cotton and a safe place to spray it as its deadly for a human to consume this by accident. Wear a safety googles too better doing this outside your house where it would not spread but it's safe foe the pig as long as u don't leave it watery on the skin where its dripping don't let them consume that 😉

One of my rats had mites and this cleared them after the first treatment. Sprayed the other rats that shared the cage in case and they all seem to be mite free.

Only took 2 applications to resolve our Guinea pig mite problem, leaving plenty of spare just incase they have issues in the future.

I have a guinea pig with mange. I used this as soon as I noticed it. within a few days it had settled down less flakey and didnt seem to be getting worse. I treated all others as well even though they didnt have it and do not seem to have contracted it. I cleaned all hutches beds food bowls etc with bleach and when dried sprayed with an treatment for parasites etc. So you need to treat everything but well worth it and it last a while so you can keep repeating every 10 days approx.. But prevention is best so I now use the anti-parasite spot on too.

Excellent product for getting rid of mites off your guinea pigs. I sprayed this onto the backs of my guinea pigs 2 times, only once a week. Over a 4 week period. I also used the pippets on the back of their neck every 2 weeks. For a 6 week period (so 3 treatment in total) and by doing this i had gotten rid of the mites. Mites come from the hey so its impossible for you to own a guinea pig and for them not to at some point get mites. All my guinea pigs are inside (indoors) and 2 out of 6 have had mites so far. Though you must treat all guinea pigs regardless of who has the mites. I hope this helps. I highly reccomend excellent product
