Hi how long is the hose on this pump

The hose is 510mm long or 20 inches but you could always put a longer one on.

Will this also transfer new oil into a hard to reach diff under a car?

Yes it will do that very well, It is why I purchased mine. Worse case you might need a longer tube, it does a good not the fastest but little risk of mess
