Don't buy any product from shreyansh
Don't but any product from shreyansh. quality of printer is worst and also printer do not work properly and most important is technical support from shreyansh is very much poor and they misbehave with customer. in short SHREYANSH PRINTER BEKAR AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT BAKWAS.

over all a decent printer
Pros 1. You get 1 roll barcode label free with it, so that you can print and check the quality for your self. 2. Works as barcode and Receipt printer both. 3. easy opening and closing of printer head for rolls inserting, with sensor inside it. 4. Built quality is good, looks durable and strong enough. cons 1. you dont get a roll for receipt as it prints both , you should give at least 1 roll each for test purpose. 2. manual could have been much better. 3. adapter is very low quality, if you are going to use it for commercial purpose then you might need to soon buy another adapter.

Software is extremely difficult to use
Any software they have provided is extremely difficult to use If you are a small business owner get ready to spend alot of time on it! It gets blurred, no proper support and page setting for pdf, i end up doing alot of manual task editing and then adding my image to their app, which gets blurred. I had to send entire amazon fba shipment with blurred label bcz their customer support is not good at all. And i am a tech person, i know my way around the application, software and machines. Not worth it, go for some foreign brand even if it's somewhat expensive you will save alot of time. I am not finding good use of it, total waste, it's easy to print these on a4 paper and paste with tape then to use their software and spend 2 3 days figuring out what to do with it and it still won't work! Very disappointed i should have returned it but i was thinking of using an indian brand to support indian manufacturer
