Are these shipped in a gift box? I would like to purchase as a gift

They're shipped in an Amazon box. And inside the regular Amazon cardboard is the regular box in which the glassware is appropriately packed. You can get that interior box gift-wrapped if you like.

I'm looking at the nosing glass. Are these glasses less than "crystal" clear, as they appear to not be?

These glasses are 100% crystal clear. Ignore the terrible pic. They are awesome.

What is the size of one glass?

The capacity is 3.8 ounces, or 113 ml. This is the right size to hold the perfect portion of grappa (filling about half the glass).

How are they shipped to prevent breakage?

The order was well-packed with heavy cardboard and cushioning on the inside.
