Not only did this product stop working completely within 3 months of use (switched out batteries twice), but from the get go, this machine had difficulty frothing ANYTHING. While the motor oscillates fairly fast, it can't handle any kind of torque or resistance. So if you have a thicker milk, this machine won't be able to stir it, let alone FROTH it. After two months of use a few times a week, the NanoFoamer noticeably slowed down. I took this to be the batteries running out of juice, and waited another week until they completely ran out of battery to replace them - I was wrong. The batteries hadn't run out of power, but rather the motor of the foamer ran out of juice. It wouldn't even turn on anymore. Keep in mind, I take great care not to get any water or condensation within the confines of the motor area, but it is supposed to be WATERPROOF. The batteries worked fine in different item. So after 12 weeks of use, and with no ability to return as it had been used, and the 30 day period was over, I am $40 out of luck with nothing to show for it. It is very sturdy.
