Bought these to fix a tarpaulin over the hen's enclosure. The succession of storms earlier this year did their best to separate the hen enclosure from it's roof and consequently ripped put existing eyelets causing it to flap around rather spectacularly in the wind. When this arrived, I was out in the very strong wind and pouring rain manically punching eyelets into the edge of the tarp. Couple - three months down the line, I've finally dried out and the tarp is still nice and secure and the eyelets continue to do their job. The punch was easy to operate with a magnetic grip on the halves of the eyelet being fitted (good job as it was wet & wild and my useless head torch needed charging so it wasn't particularly well lit). Minimal pressure poked the hole and crimped the eyelet in one squeeze of the tool allowing me to install between 10 & 15 quite quickly (bit of overkill? perhaps, but that tarp is staying put!). Joking aside, the punch feels fairly well made and did the 10-15 eyelets without any failures. The supplied bag of eyelets will keep me going for a fair while yet. Good enough grip in the rain & wind so it didn't slip out of my hands when operating it. Fairly good value for money. Seems well enough made, time will obviously tell. Saved my hen's roof from going for a flying lesson so can't be bad!

Owned this for a week now. I've used it to put eyelets in tea towels, golf towels and garden furniture covers. Very easy and quick to use. Magnetic ends hold the eyelet pieces in place prior to crimping and it cleanly cuts out the hole when you crimp. Under 10 seconds to do one eyelet. Has worked well with different thickness and types of materials. Can't offer any comment on the longevity of the eyelets at this stage.

Really easy to use. Very good quality tool & the eyelets haven’t rusted even after being outside for the past 7 months.

I bought this item in 2023 and last week when I wanted to use it again the two plates do not meet. So the eyelet does not close properly. The magnets also dropped out so had to hold eyelets in place. So this is ok for one or two jobs but not sturdy enough to last over time

Funktioniert sehr gut , für das was sie machen soll. Gerade bei Abdeckplanen fehlen genug Ösen zum Spannen.

Molto valido, non serve preforare il telo plastico o il cartoncino.. Se invece avete a che fare con un tessuto, allora bisogna forare prima con una fustella da 10 di diametro.

Pince très pratique avec le système d'aimantation pour maintenir les œillets pendant la pose. Elle fait très bien le travail et vu la conception, je n'ai pas trop de doutes sur sa solidité. Après quelques tests je confirme que les œillets sont très bien sertis. Elle est fournie avec une grosse quantités d’œillets, ce qui est très appréciable
