Lomography Konstruktor DIY 35mm Plastic SLR Camera Kit

I bought this for my nephew but when it arrived the box was a a bit damaged in transit. Contents still okay but not really good enough to give as a present. So I bought a new one directly from Lomography - slightly more expensive but they put it in a outer box to protect it properly.But I couldn't resist keeping the first one and building it myself. It really is great fun to make! Shot one film so far - very mixed results as you'd expect for a self built camera with a plastic lens but I think with practice you can get some interesting results - I've seen other people on the lomography community site get amazing images out of this camera.

Gift for family member who is studying photography and they really are enjoying it!

It took me 3-4 hours to build, but it is really nice. Have a great fun to complete it.

It was easy to build. Unfortunately, the frame counter doesn't work properly. I believe it's a faulty design. I glued the frame indicator. I'm thinking about what I can do more to fix the counter.

I got this item for a friend who is photography enthusiast. The item was very well packed in impressive and well thought box.Clean instructions were included and good piece quality, As expected this works as a camera. Dont expect anything great but you will get a better understanding on how film cameras work. Great for present.

It's a very good way to learn how cameras are constructed. The parts are small and using a white, or light coloured tray/ mat will help see all items more easily. Good choice of colours for individual taste to personal camera style.

Spent hours assembling, then disassembled, reassembled and disassembled again. It seems I was unlucky. The light chamber with my kit is broken. The shutter won't close rendering the camera completely useless!Lomography do some nice cameras but I've found there's always a slight risk in buying one online. Several years ago I had to buy a two Diana Minis as the first just jammed the film all the time.

It is funning! I spent two hours to complete it, and i feel so happy! It is the best toy for a man. I have been used canon 80d a long time, but this film camera may bring me more happy! I love it

Awesome camera. Easily assembled (will recommend having a pair of tweezers available for one of the springs). Any of the bad reviews that concern the "quality" of the camera should be ignored. This is a Lomo camera and it is supposed to be used for lomography, not professional photography. I'm not sure who ordered a $40 camera and thought they were going to get a Leica. Regardless, this was a fun activity and a great way to get back into film photography.

さすがにこの値段ではペンタプリズムは付かず、２眼レフの様に上から覗き込むタイプ。一応拡大ルーペは付いています。絞り固定Ｆ10単玉、シャッター速度1/80又はバルブ。ピントは∞～50ｃｍ。フィルムは一般的な135（35ｍｍ）です。作るのは案外難しそうで細かいところが多いですが、順番にやって行けば完成しそうです。とても楽しいカメラです。
