Used this for cooking fish on our wood bbq. Good solid product. Easy to clean.

Good for BBQing fish, need to brush with oil to help prevent fish from sticking- still does stick but easy to clean.

We use it on the Smokey Joe and it fits nicely. Keeps the food secure.

Fish sticks to it. Difficult to get off bbq and then to open the clasp -which is red hot- is difficult then you can’t get the fish out of it coz it’s stuck. Wish hadn’t spent the money on it .

Really good. So far have done whole fish and various veg in this. The metal wires are springy and so they can change to fit awkward shapes. Very good.

Purchased for BBQing fish but the fish sticks to the metal and falls to pieces when you try to get it out. Not good! Back to using Al foil!

BUY IT!! It holds two of the Costco vacuum packed salmon/Mahi Mahi filets perfectly! I like that it is small enough that I can prepare/spice my fish inside with the rack on a plate, and then carry it out to the grill. No mess, and super easy. Also, my grill lid shuts fully since it doesn't have handle sticking out, and it takes up way less grill area. The very best part, it goes in the dishwasher - so no more trying to clean my long-armed old fish basket in the sink with a brillo pad and making a mess. I did stretch the coils slightly by hand to make a bit more room for the filets since it held them too tight the first time I used it. It was really easy to do. Now it holds them great and they don't get stuck around the coils at all. Sweet! I will be buying another as a gift from my Father in law.

Vraiment petit. Comme je ne l'ai pas utilisé, je ne peux confirmer que ce panier écrase les aliments mais cela me paraissait vraiment trop serré. Les commentaires américains disent la même chose (y compris ceux qui l'ont utilisé et confirment que leur poisson a été écrasé).
