It’s hard to say but possibly another forming if you have a bad outbreak or your immune system is compromised to any extent. If you are concerned it’s always best to consult with your GP. It would however be worthwhile continuing to use the product for a few days.

How to open the tube for use

Hi John Please unscrew the cap. Turn the cap around and push it back on over the protruding piece of hexagonal plastic. Once in place twist the cap and the tube will be open. I hope this helps. Thanks

Can I use it on/ under my nose or it is only effective for lips?

It’s a relief to see I’m not the only one that suffers with cold sores on the nose, I have done for over 20 years! Never ever had one ok my mouth! It’s horrid having nose cold sores isn’t it, everyone has never heard of that happening!! Do you have any other treatment suggestions?
