Same quality I would get from a Cpap store, but since I don’t have insurance that will cover my Cpap this is a bargain

Having tried buying knock-off nasal pillows over ResMed's parts, I can only say that while the material of the RedMed pillows may not have an elastic that is distinguishable from comparable off-band versions when you squeeze them by hand, the ResMed branded pillows are significantly more comfortable to use. And while at first felt like the no-name brand pillows we comparable, these are exceedingly more comfortable to wear. So while these may seem overpriced (and the still very well may be), these didn't have me waking up in the middle of the in discomfort forcing me to remove my the mask for the rest of the night. Note that this was the case even when I pure lanolin balm which my doctor recommended, but using these with the same balm made the difference in sleeping through the night.

I've been using this for four months and the fit is perfect. Just as important, the airflow if ample. There are sellers asking nearly twice as much for similar kits, and the other one I recently got is not nearly as effective as this one.

This is a cheaper option than the Resmed original. It is not as good as the resmed but it is also much cheaper. This works but I toss and turn and the hose comes off the headset. Also the nose pillows feel different, not as tight a seal. I’ve used a cpap for many years so I may just be set in my old ways. Overall, it’s worth trying, if you like it, the price is right.

The only difference I've found between this and Resmed's original version is that the nasal pillows have a single wall, rather than the dual wall design. This doesn't affect the functionality, and it actually makes it easier to clean. I've purchased this particular piece twice. Durability is comparable to the name brand option.

I did not like this product because it comes out of the holes from the cpap machine. the nasal is too small. The product is not comfortable for my nose.

It is great to see swivels at both ends of the hose. However, after just two months of use, it has ruptured. I've used this cpap for years and other brands have been more durable with nightly use. Very disappointed. Also curve of the frame of the headgear is more ridged than the original and has created holes in the strap when pulling it straight up over the crown of my head. The medium nose piece seems a little larger than the original, but is good. Its single wall design of the nasal pillows makes it more resistant to collapsing. So that is a very good thing.
