It does require an inner tube (I don't recall if that was mentioned in the description), but I already had a tube because my tractors rim has a couple of dents. I can't really comment on how well this tire will perform/hold up as I just put it on the rim a couple of days ago.

Shipped/received in a timely manner. It fit on the rim.
