Actesso Breathable Wrist Support Wrist Splint - Ideal Wrist Brace for Carpal Tunnel, Sprains, and Tendonitis (Black, Large Left)

This Actesso breathable wrist splint, is really great, it is easy to put on, plus breathable as it says, comfortable to wear ( I have it on all night, without a problem) , fits perfectly. I have a carpal tunnel and I must say, it has helped me tremendously, stopping the pain. I would definitely recommend this product, I am glad that I chose this one. Delivery was perfect, plus a good price and will last for years, as it is strong.

Good value and so far has done a good job of supporting my wrist overnight. I was having quite marked symptoms of Carpal tunnel syndrome which were disrupting sleep. Thankfully the splint has helped a lot and the pain has been much reduced. I like its simple form making it much less bulky than some alternatives. I daresay there may be more robust splints out there but it should last a reasonable length of time if treated carefully.

Very happy with this support strap. I suffer with carpel tunnel and have been wearing this to sleep in, it is comfortable to wear all night, other ones I have had in the past have rubbed on the skin between thumb and forefinger, but this one doesn’t! Easy to adjust and keeps your wrist in a straight position. I like the breathable and flexible fabric. Very happy with this item, since I have been wearing this at night, my symptoms have reduced quite a lot. I imagine it won’t take long for the soft side of the Velcro to pull and become loose / untidy but that won’t matter if only worn to sleep in, I’m not bothered if it ends up looking a little worn.

My wife has just discovered she has carpal tunnel issues. While awaiting an ultrasound, she was advised to wear a wrist support at night. The first ones we bought were poor - no support and the velcro kept coming undone. We then purchased this one and wow, what a difference. Well made, strong velcro fastening. The built in metal support bar is great and after 3 days, the swelling in her wrist has greatly reduced and the numbness is starting to fade. So far, so good.

Surprisingly good! I bought it as I was advised to get a splint, I have recently developed RSI and once I figured out how to wrap it properly, it actually supports the wrist very well. Really happy with it and great quality, adjusts well (I got a medium which I think works). A bit bulky at first but you get used to it, but isn’t uncomfortable.

When I first tried this on I felt some relief almost instantly. But after a while, the comfort abated and began to feel uncomfortable due to the metal strip coming out of its housing (have enclosed a photo). If you look at the photo, you can see clearly where the metal bar is sliding out of it's housing. I can't imaging that whoever designed this, thought it was a good idea to leave the housing open. Maybe they thought that some people would like the option of taking it out, if they needed? Either way, it kind of defeats the object of supporting the wrist, which I assume, is what most people buy it for. In either case this limits it's function and effectiveness. On the plus side it is easy to put on and the Velcro straps work well and you can easily get this nice and tight if needed. It is also breathable and this helps its comfort but after wearing a long time, it can get itchy. The bottom line is that I would not recommend this if you have serious wrist problems, need wrist support and need to wear this for long periods. But may be okay for those who do not need a splint or are just looking for a little support that doesn't involve keeping the wrist straight.

Effectiveness earnt the stars. One deducted as I work as a courier and huge loads pass through my forearms and the stitches have already come loose that hold the metal place in place. This product significantly improved my symptoms immediately overnight, which included severe pins and needles waking me up multiple times. This also occurred in the morning when holding a phone or using my keyboard. The reason these symptoms occurred was diagnosed as significant CTS in the left wrist, moderate in the right, with ulnar involvement in both. . However, I remain unimpressed with the overall robustness of the design, though that is to be expected for a £9.99 product. There are far more robust options out there, but this may work well as an entry level product if you are less active or do not put as much force through your forearms before upgrading to a more robust solution.

This splint is truly excellent. Night after night prior to purchasing this product, I would wake up in the early hours several times with dead fingers and have to shake my hand til the awful sensation faded. Even during the day, the pins and needles would make simple tasks unpleasant. Not expecting any improvement, I sent for this splint and I can honestly say this is the best product I have purchased. My symptoms disappeared the first night I wore the splint and have not recurred, even when not wearing it during the day. It is comfortable to wear and has cured my carpal tunnel problem. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Impeccable. Après mes six semaines de plâtre, ça soulage les tensions dans mon poignet.

The breathability is good, and it works ok without the metal bar but rides up a bit after time. The problem is the venting system and the bar. Because the vent slats go along the palm the metal bar end will work its way between the fabric into a vent and essentially be pushing directly against your palm. It's painful and irritating.

Bon produit agréable et facile à installer. Tableau des tailles correct.

L'article a été commandé suite à une fracture du poignet et il s'est avéré particulièrement utile dans la mesure où le poignet est parfaitement soutenu pour le soulager et prévenir des mouvements involontaires, notamment pendant la nuit. L'article a été testé et particulièrement apprécié par le kinésithérapeute qui réalisait la rééducation.
