Can this be used on petrol cars?

I Only use this On my Petrol Mercedes C63 6.2 LTR.

Amazon warns that this oil isn't suitable for a Porsche Macan turbo yet the car's manual recommends Mobile1 SAE 0W-40. Is it suitable or not?

I don't have a Macan turbo but do have a 911. I believe that Mobil 1 is the standard Porsche oil recommendation for probably all models. Check your manual.
