Is fast charging cable included, how long does ti take to fully charge, & can it be operated while charging?

It comes with a type-C cable for changing, but give a take all depending the how much battery is left, do can’t give you a 35-45 minute for fully charge. I don’t know or at least i never try to use it as is changing.

will the light work while it's charging?
