I purchased the Nature’s Bounty Zinc 50mg because I used to get a drugstore brand near me but the store closed. This bottle had an inner seal no shrink wrap around the lid. I use zinc to help ward off catching whatever is going around in the winter. I usually take it every other day. You want to get this swallowed fast because it has kind of a moldy funky taste. And sometimes it kind of gives you heartburn. It has a flip open cap so you don't have to screw off the lid. The price was good for the amount you get. Will I buy again? I will have to take it a little while longer to see how I get along with the taste. I like that it is non GMO and doesn't have wheat, yeast or gluten. It is also made in the USA.

The pills are an okay size but not hard to take. However, don’t take this on an empty stomach or your stomach will feel like a witch’s pot that’s brewing

Took one a day every morning for the past couple days and they helped me get over a cold quicker like I was expecting. Now I jus5 have a hundred or so extra pills lol. Guess I'll save them for the next cold or fever that comes along.

Great and cheap.

It causes nausea and headache after 5 minutes. Perhaps the 50mg dose is too high for adults.
