I bought it at the end of January and used it four times throughout February. Now it’s the beginning of March, and it’s already not charging. Three lights stay on constantly, and it keeps vibrating.I asked ChatGPT what might have happened. It’s possible that the internal board burned out or that there’s some kind of charging issue. I honestly have no idea what to do — whether to take it in for repair or send it back.This is the first time I’ve dealt with something like this. I paid quite a lot of money for it.

No soy un experto en microcorrientes pero tengo ya casi 7 años con este tipo de dispositivos.Hablando de diseño se agradece que sea más pequeño y sinceramente si se siente al tacto mil veces más premium que su antecesor. El único problema es el cabezal, ya que no se si se golpeó en la maleta cuando viajaba o creo que le salieron unos puntos que desconozco si es óxido o que es. La batería tiene muy buena duración es cosa que también me gustoNuface prometió que cada 6 meses estaría actualizado sus tratamientos e iría innovando, por eso no lo compré. La app la adquirí de puro chiripon o suerte puesto que ya la quitaron de México. Hablé con Nuface y según pronto la pondrían ya pasaron casi un año y es hora que no está disponible.La app si se ha actualizado pero están sacando tratamientos de equipos que no usan Bluetooth... Osea para este dispositivo no han sacado nada nuevo...Ten en cuenta que los cabezales adicionales cuestan un webo y parte del toro y los geles de la marca están excesivamente caros. Yo me compro mi litro de gel conductor y me dura todo el año. Ya probé los dos geles conductores el gel y la silk cream y la neta, no son la gran cosa.Sinceramente me gustó pero la marca deja mucho que desear con sus precios y con la app que no está disponible en México. Tengo dos meses que compre el ziip halo y la vdd es un aparato y multiples tratamientos sin necesidad de cabezales.

This device works -t does what it says it does. Big Hint: you must use their liquid products WITH THE ELECTRONIC DEVICE. Their products. Not anything else with the electronic device. You will get noticeable results right away. So it is worth using the whole program.

NuFace used to have an app with a variety of routines and instructions on how to use the device but they recently removed all the video tutorials in the app (as of June 2026). I have been going back and forth with their customer service department asking for the full routines and they redirected me to their YouTube channel which does not show the full routine or walk you through step by step with a timer like the routines in the app previously did. The new videos is a video of the CEO telling you what to do but not walking you through step by step (with a timer). I purchased this device because it was marketed as beginner friendly but now that they have removed those features in the app, it's not beginner friendly. Their customer service also told me they no longer have access to the videos that were in the app so they can't send them to me...ummm, what??? You mean to tell me you don't have access to the videos you created?? Please make that make sense....I also asked them what the point of the app is not that there are no longer the guided routine and they didn't answer my question. I would not purchase this product again and I feel deceived and frustrated with the lack of guidance. Especially because there are no real instructions or tutorials provided in the box when you receive your device. I honestly feel that they decided to remove everything off the app so they could get the views on YouTube and eventually monetize their channel.In addition to this device, I purchased their FIXX Wand and I have the same problem. The device was marketed to help you get fuller lips but there are no instructions or tutorials anywhere on how to achieve fuller lips since they removed the routines from the app. Save your money and buy from a different company!!!

I believe this works. Supposed to help move facial skin and fat up and back, by relaxing the muscles, that have been pulled, toward the middle, and down. I also own a CurrentBody Radiofrequency Device that heats up the collagen and expands it. Used that for just over a year before getting the NuFace Trinity. Seem to work together to achieve improvement using different, but complimentary technologies, and different, but complimentary results.5 days a week, for the 1st 2 months. I have about 2 weeks to hit that. I also use the Boost Button. It has 3 levels on the standard button and the Boost, that ups it by another 20%. The version used in medical offices for treatment has more power. The standard procedure is neck, face, and forehead - both sides, that takes 5 minutes. I used the advanced that takes 15 minutes.They say to use it 2 to 3 times after the initial couple of months to maintain. Easy to use. You need to apply the gel and then remove it when done. That takes as much time than using the device. I bought a litre bottle of Aquasonic 100 Gel to use. It is water based, like the Nuface brand gel, but far cheaper. I also mist my face before applying. Makes the face damper, conducts better, and keeps the gel from drying. That also allow you to put the gel over all the areas at once, rather than doing it for each of the 6 areas individually. Saves time, works just as well.
