I struggle with SAD and my doctor suggested that I try light therapy, so I picked up this light box. I have only been using it for a few days but so far, so good. Very bright and I love the timer.

Happy with my purchase so far! Nice little unit. Will be great for home, office and while on business trips. I really like the light and timer options. I just received it yesterday and have used three times since. Good purchase. Good unit. I do wish like other reviews that the kickstand locked into place.. but that is a small gripe. I hung mine from the lamp using the kick stand.. just a little hack:)

The light is nice and bright. I turn it on while I'm at work and I'm writing my clinical notes. I put it in my peripheral. It gets a little warm but otherwise doesn't create much heat. I would say it helps on the really dark days.

Doctor suggested this light during winter and foggy/gloomy days in the Central Valley, CA. I can tell the difference when I dont use it. I just turn it on will getting ready in the morning.

Got this for my husband. The gray skies of winter tend to bring him down. Hes been using this light and says its helped him get through those cloudy days. I would recommend this light for those missing that little dose of daily sunshine.

Extremely cheap quality. The power cord that comes with the lamp fell into pieces in my hand. Specifically the plug-in connector that goes directly into the lamp. I went to push it into the lamp, and it crumbled in half. Now I can’t use the lamp.

I use it in the morning while I drink my coffee and get ready for work. I feel like it helps me wake up and it seems to be helping with the winter blues. However I am prone to migraines and found out after purchasing it that I should have got a green light instead. If I use this for more then 20 minutes and sit too close I do get a headache.

I love the light therapy lamp, I bought two one for Home and one for work, and I use it in the morning at home, in the afternoon at work! It’s great 👍🏼 I love the timer feature on it, and being able to control how much light although I use the max!

SMALL AND TIDY and very bright. This is the best light for a dark work room or bedroom. Really happy with its use so far (couple months of winter use).
