Update May 2026 !!Fun and creative way to serve drinks
Update May 2026. My smoking gun stopped working after 6months . Contacted the seller and they offered a replacement . So customer service is also very good. Takes drinks to another level. Imparts good smoke flavor and definitely is an impressive way to serve drinks for parties. It’s heavy and feels like good quality too.

Works so well, is stunning, only downer is you have to keep it under kitchen hood exhaust fan or do outside or else there is a lot of smoke too much for my liking inside my house. Awesome for parties

The box and smoker gun works fantastic for the first 8-10 uses but then suddenly breaks. The smoker fails to turn on therefore useless.

Husband loved it
Got this for a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it. It's super easy to use. Some people were saying they had issues getting it to smoke. We did not have that issue. Gets super smoky. Perfect gift for the man who has everything, and who loves nothing but sports, cars and alcohol. (and his wife) lol

I bought this smoking box as a Christmas gift for my husband. BC (before Covid) we ate dinner out quite a bit, and our favorite restaurant offered Old Fashioneds with the fancy smoked flavor. So now it's easy to have this at home! I can't think of anything I'd change, other than the finish. If it came in bronze it would match our bar. But it's easy to set up, easy to use. I do like the smell downstairs in the bar when it's used. Can't wait to offer smoked drinks to guests some day again. And it does take just a little bit of the smoking chips each time. I haven't tried smoking foods with it yet, I'd like to try it with cheese.

Doesn't work
Product stopped working within 50 days. Run around with supplier pointing fingers to call amazon, not them. Would never buy this product again. Have now tried several times to contact anyone at support at customer service for DENI (18883215023) and you wait on line for an hour or more. If you do get through they have no idea what to do about this. Claiming it was bought on Amazon so too bad so sad, they can't help. NEVER EVER BUY PRODUCT FROM DENI if you expect to have some form of support from them.
