Excellent alternative to the standard LG TV remote
Having discovered that it is possible to partly watch a streamed film on my LG WeboS TV and come back to the last viewed position a day or so later to watch the rest I decided to buy a "Magic" remote. The one supplied is IMO pretty awful, the button lay out is not easy to use and I frequently press the wrong button and start up Disney or some other channel. Accessing the menu system is a bit of a nightmare too. On this Remote, the buttons for these extra channels are nicely tucked away from the main buttons at the bottom. I got a warning that the pointer on this remote may not work with my model because it did not have Bluetooth. It does and the pointer works. It is now a joy to watch the LG and Rakuten TV Channels. Pity a similar device wasn't provided with the TV, the one supplied is so bad I stopped using it and only watched Sky. The Magic Remote fits in my hand nicely, has a good feel to it and the buttons are much better than the original. Basic functions worked out of the box and it paired 1st try to my TV. The pointer movement can be a bit erratic and takes some time to get used to it. Very pleased with my Magic Remote.

It works!
My son keeps taking the remote to bed and he hides it from me so I can’t watch my horror films of an evening. So I ordered this remote to be ahead of his game. I didn’t know if it would work on my TV but after putting in 2 AA batteries it works like a dream! His face when I showed him my shiny new remote was worth the €20 I paid for it! Now it’s hidden from him and I won the game.

It works
Kids have broken 2 "magic remotes" in the past year but completely mullering the scroll wheel. For the purpose of streaming, the scroll wheel being damaged makes the remote close to useless. Decided to try this, and for the price can't really go wrong. It works as soon as the batteries are inserted and has pretty much full functionality. Only downside is the disney+ button doesn't work, which would have been great for the kids but it wasn't on our old remote so they'll just have to deal with it. Hopefully this will be less fragile, but I'm sure it will still get lost numerous times.

It Works!
Works perfectly with my new lg C45 OLED. The lg remote I bought (to replace my lost in transit during tv delivery remote - be careful if carriers say they’ll take your packaging!) was not a compatible model & I’ve no idea how you find out what you actually need. Thought this was worth a punt for the price & it was a winner. Does the on screen pointer & everything else. Only improvement would be a backlight for the buttons but that applies to most remotes including the lg ones

Prefer the older version remote
We prefer to use the older version of LG remote instead the lighter newer version. But the older control was not compatible with our new tv. So bought this and it works! Feels just like the older remote and compatible with the newer LG tv. Highly recommend.

Better than the original Sony remote
Bought 2 of these. One for the main lounge Bravia TV and one for the bedroom Bravia. Lounge one was temerental due to sticking buttons and the bedroom for some reason had 2 remotes supplied with the TV. Aleggedly one was a simple remote and the other more advanced for ease, but how easier it is having 2 remotes for one tv is beyond me. Either way both worked straight out of the packet. They feel more robust and apart from not having Sony on them are no different to the original apart from being better.

Amazing
We lost our remote in the house somewhere so was going to order a universal remote but came across this one and I'm so glad I did, it was delivered super fast and all I had to do was put batteries in and it worked straight away no putting daft codes in. It's the exact same as the original remote and it works better than the original remote. Really happy with it
