Is it compatible with mac?

Not sure I use it with my Dell and Toshiba.

Are the keys backlit?

No! The keys are not backlit. I wish they were.

does it have a clear key and a print screen key ?

It has a delete key, if that's what you are calling a clear key, and it also has a print screen key. I've been using this for a little over a month now and I like it.
