Very unhappy with the whole experience. The chair is not good. My partner set it up and after 1 evening of using it it caused back pain. There is no support and the cushion is uncomfortable. We then sent it back, had to pay £18 for the return postage. It has been over 20 days and still haven't heard from sellers or received refund. Be careful if you buy this!!!

I was looking for a chair between 200-300 pounds and this chair was definitely one of the best bang for the buck, I checked out a lot of reviews and finally settled on this chair, he has a lot of adjustable features and looks great. I just received it in a very heavy box, which made me realize the quality of this chair is not bad at all. Installation was easy It took me about 30 minutes and he is much more comfortable than my previous office chair, the support for my back is great and I have no more back pain Since I sat in this chair, I will probably purchase another one to put in my office so I can protect my lower back better. Thanks to the seller for such a great product, highly recommended.

The quality of the chair is relatively good overall. It is definitely not the perfect chair for a tall person. I am 6ft 3 and the chair isn't designed for me. Although it says its appropriate for people of my height. It isn't. I've had to set the chair up in all the highest settings possible; headrest up at the top, backrest at the top, lumbar at the top and they're still not high enough. Also, because they're at their highest setting they don't stay in place and actually bend back when you lean back on them slightly. That obviously isn't great for ergonomic, anatomical structure support. If under 6ft and only using the chair for an hour a day this may be good for you. If you are 6ft and over and will be using it for hours each day and want perfect posture support, this isn't going to do it for you. The most annoying thing about this chair is every time I lean back even slightly a loud click / pop / bang sound occurs. When sat in the chair for 8 hours a day this becomes very annoying. Watch the video and you'll see all the points I raised.

The chair is good quality and quite comfortable. Easy to maneuver through the adjustments. Headrest and other adjustable features are good.

I have to say, this chair is definitely better than I expected. The price is great, and the quality is superb. It's incredibly comfortable too. The ergonomic design of this chair works wonders for my back. it's absolutely beautiful. I'm in love with its modern design, and it pairs perfectly with my desk. this chair offers a lot of adjustments, the mesh back is very breathable, I've been use for a couple weeks now it's very comfortable. Even my son says it make him want to sit there and do homework more often! Overall, it's an affordable chair and much more comfortable than my previous chair.

Da ich täglich viele Stunden am Schreibtisch verbringe, war ich auf der Suche nach einem Bürostuhl, der nicht nur bequem ist, sondern auch meine ergonomischen Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Ich habe mich für diesen Bürostuhl entschieden und bin äußerst zufrieden mit meiner Wahl. Der erste Eindruck, als ich den Stuhl ausgepackt habe, war die beeindruckende Qualität. Die Konstruktion fühlt sich robust und stabil an, und die Materialien sind von hoher Qualität. Die Montage war einfach und dauerte nur wenige Minuten, dank der klaren Anleitung, die mitgeliefert wurde. Der Komfort dieses Stuhls ist herausragend. Die Polsterung ist weich und dennoch unterstützend, was bedeutet, dass ich stundenlang bequem sitzen kann, ohne dass Rücken- oder Nackenschmerzen auftreten. Die verstellbaren Armlehnen und die Möglichkeit, die Sitzhöhe und Neigung anzupassen, ermöglichen es mir, den Stuhl genau nach meinen Bedürfnissen einzustellen. Appena finito montaggio. La sedia appare comoda e ben fatta anche come materiali. Per quanto riguarda l’assemblaggio, all’inizio è abbastanza semplice e veloce ed in dotazione ci sono chiavi e viti utili (in dotazione, cosa tutt’altro che comune, anche viti di riserva, ben evidente pregio ed attenzione del venditore). Una volta assemblati i meccanismi sul sedile, l’inserimento dello schienale è un po’ complicato (ci ho messo un po’, ma alla fine ci sono riuscito), mentre la copertura del meccanismo di dietro proprio non combaciano i fori (se avviti un foro, poi l’altro non arriva nemmeno a corrispondere). La pecca più grande però, e che sinceramente mi sta facendo valutare reso, e’ che non si riesce a regolare in nessun modo il poggiatesta che appena lo regoli in altezza il suo meccanismo dopo poco lo fa andare giù al livello minimo, e non c’è verso di farlo stare stabile. Spero che l’assistenza mi aiuti a risolvere il problema altrimenti diventa inutile e converrà fare reso. Per aggiornamento, il venditore mi ha immediatamente contattato chiedendomi foto delle problematiche, si è reso subito disponibile ad inviarmi i ricambi necessari, ma con onestà mi ha detto che aspetta fornitura in quanto mancanti in magazzino, ed appena gli saranno arrivati provvederà all'invio. Al momento, nel confermare quanto prima recensito, devo aggiungere la celerità e correttezza del venditore (non comune), spero prosegua così e non finisca tutto nel dimenticatoio. Aggiornamento : anche l’assistenza precisa e puntuale. Raccomandato sotto tutti i punti di vista. Eccellente.

Una buona sedia. Materiali buoni. Fedele alla descrizione del produttore. Voglio solo precisare che, come scritto espressamente nella descrizione del prodotto, lo schienale si piega nel senso che è pieghevole ma non consente la possibilità di dondolarsi, come alcune sedie che non hanno lo schienale pieghevole consentono.

Mis primeras impresiones fueron bastante buenas, materiales buena calidad, aunque tengo miedo de que el cojín del asiento acabe por quedar apelmazado (llevo 1 mes de uso y ya está empezando a ponerse duro). Aunque un buen chasco que me llevé es que esperaba el reposapiés que se ve en algunas fotos y en el video, pero no viene con este. De hecho, en la silla no hay ningún tipo de agujero extra o algo así, y no he podido encontrar el reposapiés en ningún sitio, así que tiene pinta que no se puede comprar aparte :/ Yendo un poco más por partes: - Asiento: simplemente cómodo. El cojín no está demasiado blando ni demasiado duro, aunque lo dicho, a ver cuánto tarda en ponerse en modo piedra, porque tiene pinta de que va a pasar al cabo de un tiempo. Es muuuuy grande, mido 1.83m y puedo sentarme con las piernas cruzadas, eso está muy bien. Algo a tener en cuenta también es que agarra pelos con facilidad, así que a los que tenemos mascotas nos toca sufrir un poco. - Respaldo: sorprendentemente cómodo y también grande. Cuando lo montas te da la opción de separarlo más o menos del asiento, pudiendo elegir entre 2 posiciones. Yo elegí la más alta y me ha ido bien. En un costado del asiento tienes una palanca para bloquear y desbloquear la reclinación. Cuando está desbloqueado, está algo duro de echar para atrás, hay que hacer fuerza con la espalda, así que yo siempre lo tengo bloqueado. El soporte lumbar está bien, puede ajustarse la altura y el ángulo, aunque me hubiese gustado que se pudiese ajustar en profundidad,. - Reposabrazos: horrible, muy duro y solo se mueve arriba y abajo, lo peor de la silla. - Reposacabezas: decente. Se puede subir arriba y abajo y ajustar la inclinación de este. AVISO: si intentas apoyarte usando cascos, te va a ser bastante incómodo, porque digamos que el reposacabezas tiene forma de luna, e intenta abrazar tu cabeza, y esto hace que una cabeza con cascos no entre bien. Si estás sin cascos es bastante cómodo. Recomiendo la compra? Si la pillas en rebajas sí, yo la encontré por unos 220€, e importante que no te esperes algo increíble, sino aceptable. Al menos tienes 30 días para devolverla si no te gusta, y creo que más de 1 año de garantía.
