I installed the box in my front garden by the front gate. The box is fine, a slight negative is the key does not feel too strong so use carefully The biggest problem is people delivering parcels, just don’t see it I have no idea why, I even have a colour laminated photo on the front door, delivery drivers that deliver regular love it, but some delivery drivers I suppose don’t look for it as it not common in my area. So one to think about, I think it’s worth fitting as not having one, all parcel, with only have one place to go, that is just left on your doorstep.

This has saved me so many visits to the neighbours to pick up parcels. Protects them more from the elements than my mailbox.

I probably should have sent it back since the top wasn't fixed right, but I fed wire through the holes to hold it shut so it looks sturdy, but if anyone tried to wrench it off the wall the top would probably pop off pretty easy. However, I didn't want the hassle or expense of repackaging and sending back, so I went with it. Other than the obvious structural fault, I find it's fairly weather proof, it does get a little wet inside when it rains heavily, but not enough to cause a real issue. It takes pretty decent sized boxes, I'd say most of my regular deliveries. There's just been a few oversized parcels that it couldn't take, but it's been a real boon so far. I don't regret buying it, but for the price I expected it to at least be made properly.

It’s very good n gave me a peace of mind. So I’ll never miss my deliveries n I don’t have to sit at home waiting for my delivers. The box looks good n stylish. I picked red colour so can be seen clearly. I asked my brother for the instructions.

With the ever increasing use of mail order, not being home when a delivery is made becomes a big problem. This unit solves the problem really well. Large parcels can be left safely in it and it can hold several deliveries. It works well and seems to be well made though it is quite pricey as it is only made of sheet steel. However, I think it will last well.

Very poor quality jonts not sealed so rain gets in . Spot welds not good bits came off . Dont buy

I love everything about my parcel box except that it is quite expensive but I get what I paid for - It’s very good quality and full weatherproof! Looks good too. No need to wait for parcels to arrive (except some postmen still needs physical signature/s) :)

Product idea is great, the quality of the box and the internal workings is good, let down incredibly by the really poor quality of lock. The box comes with 6 keys all of which you have to wrestle with to open the lock. Really let down by what appears as a premium product.
