Vater Drumsticks VCS - Speciality Sticks - Cajon Brush

These brushes are made very well. They are quite big but they’ll be a great asset to your collection and I prefer them over my slimmer brushes. Nice thud

They are a large pair of brushes/ sticks with much thicker handles than "normal" drum brushes. The two bands on each stick give a choice of tones from a soft brush sound to one similar to a hand beat. The construction, though quite sturdy, isn't as refined as some other makes. However this does not affect their playability. One thing to note is that after a short time of playing the sticks bend, even with gentle tapping. The size suits my large hands and they are capable of producing a wide range of tones. A useful addition for the Cajon player

Very good product quick delivery

I have tried a number of "sticks" on my Cajon, but these are by far the best. Using the tuning rings you can alter the spread of the plastic wires and therefore get a different "feel" and sound. I have found these brushes give a really deep bass sound when playing lower down on the Cajon, but equally a very nice snare sound when playing higher up. They are "chunky" but very light and comfortable to hold and I did not feel uncomfortable playing with them I have yet to "gig" with them but first impressions are very good. Yes, they are all plastic but I am hoping that this will make them very durable.......but the bottom line is they make the Cajon sound good and IMHO that is what counts.

Well made and fully adjustable - not cheap - but they are good quality and sound great - plus they stop your hands from getting sore slapping on wood all the time :-)

I purchased these to go hand-in-hand with a new cajon and pedal mount. Regular brushes just don't seem to translate well on the cajon; these brushes do a great job of getting a good brush sound. They're well made, secure, and you can't beat the price point. Recommended!

Absolutely amazing! Sound great and will give a new way to play your Cajon. Playing these was a pleasure and inspired new beats and sounds from my Cajon. Only wish I had these sooner as if you are playing a long time it is a way to rest your hands and still play.

Die Vater Cajon Brushes machen einfach Spaß! Sie erlauben nochmal ein vollkommen neues Spielen und neue, mehr schlagzeugartige Sounds. Materialien und Verarbeitung sind hervorragend, und auch nach mehreren Monaten zeigen sich kaum Abnutzungserscheinungen. Kann ich nur empfehlen und würde sie mir jederzeit wieder kaufen!
