Of all the sprays I've used, this works the best. My nose almost completely closes as the day comes to an end, but when I use this spray it opens up the airways really quick.

The Best Nasal Spray Hands Down!!
I tell you what, I’ve tried a few different nasal spray brands and this one is by far the best. When I need to use it, I spray 3 times per nostril and wait about 30 minutes. Immediately you feel relief, but after 30 minutes I will blow my nose and wow, does a lot of what was congesting me comes right out!! My sinuses never felt so good afterwards. Don’t look any further and pick this up!

A six star product in a five star world.
I would give six stars if I could - this stuff works amazingly well. I had a horrible cold and stuffy nose that would not let me sleep at night. This stuff works, and lasts for almost a half day before it starts to fade. No nasty ingredients either. A++
