Kitty Friend Clumping Cat Litter 20Ltr

This clumping cat litter is great for removing urine and poop. It's ideal for kittens as well as it's very fine in comparison to other litter and this won't hurt their pads when they're digging their toilet spot.It only clumps the liquid expelled, and this doesn't set like concrete like cheaper clumping litter. Because you remove the urine and poop when your cat has been to the toilet, this litter keeps the litter tray fresh for longer and the area the tray is housed in doesn't smell like a cat toilet-as long as you scoop daily. I scoop morning and evening, and if I'm home I always remove poop immediately to prevent odor. Good size bag for the price and this lasts my 4 cats using 2 litter trays for 2 weeks, and my house remains odor free which is what cat owners want.Easy to clean up. One of my cats has very hairy pads though, and with this being so fine it does get stuck in his pads and he makes a little mess when he gets out of the litter tray. It does fall off his paws on its own though, it just means a slight litter trail but it's easily cleaned.

Okay clumping abilities, not the best but neither is it the worst I have used. Odour control average at best. Bought it as it was a cheaper version of my usual but probably won't buy again.

I bought this product to give it a try after being advised about it by a friend who uses it.It's deodourising properties are good but that's about where the good things end.When the litter gets wet it turns into a clay like substance that sticks to the bottom of the tray. You really need to scrape the bottom of the tray to get it out. After this the slots In the scoop get clogged up with the clay like substance and therefore makes sifting very difficult indeed. If left on the scoop while cleaning the tray it starts to go hard very much like concrete and becomes very difficult to get off.When you then wash the scoop you end up with clay residue going down your drain.I for one will not be buying this again but will be going back to the world's best cat litter. I would not recommend anyone buy this product.

Saw price and stars and decide its great but, i got it and used and can say- does not clump, need more as other brands I used, smell, doesn't keep smell in. It OK only if to change every day but that where is a point of that? Where is a saving? Other brand absord ideal and OK to change once in three days.no any smell.

This product is really good as long as you use a deep tray and the litter has to be quite deep too. As long as you take out wee/poo regularly there is no smell and the wee doesn’t get to the bottom of the tray . You only have to top up without changing litter too often. Good value for money

For a clumping litter , it really doesn’t clump well, it doesn’t hold together and you end up with lots of small lumps that tend to fall through the scoop , it’s also ridiculously dusty and gets everywhere, wouldn’t use it again
