is it exactly 350mm wide? Need a tray for a specific purpose which is 340mm wide so if it is less than 350mm it would be ideal.

There is a lip on the tray which means the measurements at the top are 350 and on the bottom 330. The trays are great quality.

can this tray be used in the freezer?

Not sure, I can’t see why not, but I’m not a super duper scientist. I probably wouldn’t think twice about putting in the freezer, I’d worry more about a dish washer or microwave.

Is this tray square? It only specifies the width as 35cm. What is its depth?

The one I've got is not square. I would say that 35 cm is its depth, its width is 45 cm. I use mine for my coffee machine and any drips of coffee are easily wiped off.
