If I could give this 10 stars I would I love it!! I now have subscription for this product so I get it every few mths as I love it so much. After washing hair I always use it so like 3 little squits on my hand and rub all over my hair. Smell is light and not overpowering at all. It's not sticky at all either. Makes my hair manageable and easier to brush and when I don't use it I notice that my hair is dry. So def adds shine and softness. Can't talk about this product more highly if I could. Buy Buy Buy is all I can say , spray is good too but I prefer the serum as I feel spray can sometimes make my hair too dry. I've bought this product over 20 times that's how much I love it!! 100/10

Not a bad product, smells lovely, and distributes nicely. A little product goes a long way, too much can make your hair greasy. However there are other products out there I find better and more cost effective.

Happy with the product but not how on the second order it came without a pump, which after looking at reviews would appear to be a reasonably common problem. No disrespect to the packer as I know they work hard for their pay, but surely it is quite obvious that there is a piece missing so WHY bother sending it out to the customer?! May get in touch with Goldwell to suggest that their items are boxed so that they cannot be sent out with obvious defects. Can only assume that there are pump heads floating around somewhere in the Amazon warehouse.

Excellent product

Needed this for a function tonight but received it without a nozzle (as per so many previous reviews). Really thought this problem would have been sorted now but obviously people's complaints are not being taken seriously. Waiting to see if a nozzle can be sent separately and hoping to improvise for tonight, really not acceptable for a premium product.

Been using this product for years after a hairdresser used it on my hair. Just love it I use it as a finishing serum - it controls fly away hairs and gives your hair a light healthy sheen - only need a little so it lasts a really long time and doesn't make your hair heavy or sticky

I love the creamy texture of this leave-in conditioner that definitely made a difference. I used it about 3-4 times per week or more on dry hair, despite the creamy texture - it was light weight, did not show any waxy residues or build-up, and did what I wanted it to do. It strengthened my hair, added some shine -and made it look and feel healthy.

Ich habe das Serum für meine trockenen und strapazierten Längen gekauft, weil ich nach dem Waschen häufig etwas zusätzliche Pflege brauche, aber keine schwere Kur im Haar lassen möchte. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass das Produkt nicht ausgespült wird und sowohl im handtuchtrockenen als auch im trockenen Haar verwendet werden kann. Bei meiner Haarlänge reichen ein bis zwei Pumpstöße tatsächlich aus. Ich verreibe das Serum zunächst zwischen den Händen und arbeite es anschließend hauptsächlich in Längen und Spitzen ein. Am Ansatz verwende ich es nicht, weil ich dort bei Pflegeprodukten schnell ein beschwertes Gefühl bekomme. Direkt nach der Anwendung fühlen sich meine Spitzen glatter und geschmeidiger an. Das Haar lässt sich leichter ordnen und wirkt weniger frizzig. Auch der Glanz gefällt mir, weil die Haare gepflegter aussehen, ohne bei sparsamer Dosierung fettig zu wirken. Zu viel Produkt würde ich bei feinerem Haar allerdings vermeiden. Goldwell bewirbt sechs Effekte, darunter Schutz vor Haarbruch, Elastizität und eine gestärkte Haarstruktur. Geschmeidigkeit und ein glatteres Erscheinungsbild kann ich unmittelbar nachvollziehen. Ob Haarbruch beziehungsweise die innere Haarstruktur langfristig tatsächlich in dem beschriebenen Umfang beeinflusst werden, lässt sich anhand der normalen Anwendung natürlich deutlich schwerer beurteilen. Bereits vorhandene gespaltene Spitzen kann ein Serum außerdem nicht dauerhaft wieder zusammenfügen. Gut finde ich, dass die neue Formulierung laut Produktangaben unter anderem silikon-, paraben-, farbstoff- und alkoholfrei ist. Für meine Kaufentscheidung war das zwar nicht ausschlaggebend, für Menschen, die bei ihrer Haarpflege gezielt darauf achten, ist es aber eine hilfreiche Information. Der Duft ist deutlich wahrnehmbar und eher warm-parfümiert mit floralen beziehungsweise orientalischen Noten. Ich mag ihn, würde ihn aber nicht als neutral bezeichnen. Wer empfindlich auf parfümierte Haarprodukte reagiert, sollte das berücksichtigen. Die 100-ml-Flasche wirkt zunächst klein, durch die geringe benötigte Menge dürfte sie bei mir aber recht lange reichen. Der Pumpspender erleichtert außerdem die Dosierung und verhindert, dass ich versehentlich zu viel Produkt erwische. Mein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft hauptsächlich die sehr weitgehenden Reparaturversprechen. Für mich ist das Serum vor allem eine gute Leave-in-Pflege, die strapazierte Längen optisch und haptisch verbessert. Diesen Effekt finde ich überzeugender als Aussagen, die sich im Alltag kaum überprüfen lassen. Insgesamt gefällt mir das Rich Repair Serum besonders für trockene Spitzen und frizzige Längen. Es lässt sich schnell anwenden, macht das Haar bei mir geschmeidiger und sorgt für ein gepflegteres Finish, ohne dass anschließend noch etwas ausgespült werden muss.

I buy this serum on Amazon and it lasts a long time. It says it regenerates damaged hair and protects color. I have bleached hair and it works really well for me. I use it every time after washing my hair, I apply one pump to damp hair. It has a nice pleasant smell and the texture is not sticky at all. The product totally works for me and one bottle lasts very long. Very happy with it, 5 stars.
