Easy to fill, pours very well. Negatives - the chrome colour is plastic not metal (it probably says this on the ad but I presumed it would be metal, not noticeable at a distance though) Annoyingly, the minimum amount of water is 3 cups! Such a waste to have to boil 3 cups each time I want 1 cup of coffee. It did mention the extra water on a different review but I didn't realise it was quite a lot more to boil each time.
