This product is just the job, comes with all the bits you need, the control board and remotes comes with setup 95% complete no changes needed for the standard install. I enjoyed this home project, a little fabrication and drilling for the mounting brackets but that is to be expected, comes with all the install instructions and Dave is at the end of the phone for the little guidance needed. I bought the gsm activate gate opener in the amazon bundle and David (UK based contact) told me how to connect it to the control board, even though it was supplied by a different company Loving the luxury of electric gate, opens by phone, by fob by keypad. Excellent Gate motors. Easy to install, only 1 issue with reverse on opening and closing but quickly rectified. Also tech support was awesome. Needed help on run time and Leaf delay time. Sorted very quickly by the on all engineer. Will be fitting these again instead of CAME or BFT.

Cracking package. Having installed a number of different gates from other manufacturers I have to say these were absolutely fantastic. The instructions are excellent and the overall running of the gates are equally fantastic. I did email the company relating to an add-on that I wanted in install and within 30 minutes had a phone call from a UK representative who talked me through everything I needed to know. As it happens I didn't need an add-on item it was already installed into the electronics already.

What I liked was the excellent and helpful service. I was not getting the range from the internal antenna wire so I was sent an external Ariel for free. My electrician set it all up but couldn’t get the pressure right. Had to call in the gate guys to set it up properly and fit the Ariel . Now works a treat.

I had an issue. Upon receiving the item and reading the installation manual, I noticed a large red warning stating that there were no electronic stops and that physical stops were needed. I did not think physical stops were possible for me, so I called them and left a message I received a call back and the engineer was very well informed and helpful, working with me to explore installation possibilities until a suitable solution was found. I've not installed it yet, but I'm happy with the route forward and will update this once installed, but so far, all looks very good. Your gate will need external stops, so if the RAM and the stops are not at the same level, your gate will twist. Kinda important information to be front and center in the product information, but no, it is isn't. It is however front and center in the installation document. I have to send this back, which is a waste of everyone's time, money, and pollutes unnecessarily.
