The correct external dimensions are 130 x 390 x 210mm (HxWxD). The Height from the door to the bottom of the of the safe is 130mm.

We dunst get a template my husband marked through the mounting holes with a pencil so he knew where to drill.

We bought a Yale lock floor safe and one of the keys is broken and will not operate the lock. Can you please advise what I should do.

I’ve never purchased a floor safe, so I’m a little bewildered why Amazon would pass on your question to me. However, if you still have one key, I would try and get a replacement cut. Failing that, contact the manufacturer or a locksmith.

Can it be fitted under the first floor?

Hi it can be fitted under any floor that has the appropriate joists width and depth that allow for fitting it comes complete with fitting instructions and fixings to do the job, when fitting a pilot hole is the best way to fit the coach type screws, when installed it fits virtually flush with the floor and easily hidden under a carpet or rug, it is a very solid item and I think good valueI hope this helps Johnhope this helps John
