Dunlop Picks - Variety - PVP113 Electric - Pack 12

As a beginner I'm still working my way around a guitar and the various accessories you can buy. Now due to my level I always just thought a plectrum was just a plectrum, until I started reading about them. Big or small, flexible or stiff, I didn't have a clue. You can read all the review sites in the world but you'll never know what one is for you. That is where this little pack comes in to its own. What you get for your money is a wide variety of plectrums (picks if you do wish). There are shapes, sizes and gauges for everyone. Reading online reviews will have everyone using Tortex or Jazz 3's and that is the initial road I took. As it turns out my favourite is actually a Dunlop Gator Grip .96mm. It suits me for both strumming and fingerpicking. If it wasn't for this pack then I'd have taken a while to find that out. So, in a word, if you're a beginner who doesn't know their Jazz 3's from their jazz flutes then this is the pack for you.

This is a great selection of picks to try out and 'test drive' to see what your preference really is. It's cheap enough to not worry about the ones you end up not using. I'm very surprised with the pick I ended up favouring, it's VERY different to the pick I've used for 25 years! An eye opener for time served guitar players as much as an essential process for the beginner. A one stop selection box, highly recommended.

I have used standard cellulose picks but wanted to see if different guitar picks would improve my playing. Unfortunately they didn't ,but they are a great set of picks with a wide choice which allowed me to explore how different pick's effected the tone and how you can effectively use different shaped picks to suit the style of music playing. In summary a great set for begginer players which allow them to explore a normally overlooked piece of their guitar playing

Good use for beginers and they are very sturdy, they also feel good and not too thick when playing! would recommend!

Brilliant set of picks for a pick tin refill. Good assortment of guages and styles, perfect for me as I have 6, 7 and 8 string guitars with different gauge strings and playing styles.

Comes with a good selection of picks with a range of gauges. Most are standard size. The real revelation for me was the inclusion of Jazz III picks. Never used these before and they are now my go to pick.

This product is a perfect example of value for money. The amount of picks in this pack is so great as it gives you plenty of choice and lets you experiment. I’m a beginner and the range of picks this pack includes is so helpful!
