Lovely cable that is long and bent. I have used this to charge a card machine that still takes micro b and has the charge port at the top of the machine. Tbe anglle plug bead makes it look neat as i dont have a large plug sticking out of the top.

Used for a blink outdoor cam. Needed as shorter connector so I could point the camera fully down. This did the job perfectly. 👏

So far all my leads from StarTech have all been high quality, this is no different. The cable is decent and has a good tight plug connection.

They connect to usb ports and are short

It does work fine but the cable is made of cheap plastic and I doubt will last for long. Might break after repeated bending around the plugging area, so suggest using it for peripherals that don't move around too much

This cable solves a problem feeding power to a tablet mounted on a gooseneck in a car. microUSB cables that stick straight out from the device are too easy to bump, causing damage to the device or the cable. You can get right-angle cables that have the wire run parallel to the side of the tablet (which is what I did until now). But they too get knocked around a bit and eventually fail. However, this design allows the cable to sit nearly flush with the side of the tablet, and extend straight back.This approach, with the high-quality connector that "snaps" into place is a perfect resolution to the problem.
