I purchased this product before my procedure 1/7/2025. I knew it would come in handy after my 1wk post op appointment. Unfortunately I had to buy multiple different ones until I found this one that works best for me. It’s very comfortable, easy to put on, no slipping when I sleep (and boy do I flip and flop a lot, lol). Apply the straps correctly (the Velcro) and you should not have any problems with your hair getting tangled. I can feel it compressing in the necessary areas needed. Worth investing in. I wear a medium. Sometimes I add a little extra foam under my chin. It helps to make sure I get that extra snatch look! I also massage myself 3-4 times daily. Very Awesome product!! I hand wash in my clean bathroom sink. I scrub real good, allow it to soak 10min, rinse multiple times then I hang dry. I will be buying another two soon. After surgery my surgeon recommends wearing 23 & 1. After 5-8 weeks I’m to wear only at night or in the day. Ahm, at night for me🤣 Thank you Amazon for working with me to find the best one that works for me. I’ve had nothing but incredible customer service👍🏾

I used this after my chin/ neck lipo. It tight up around the neck and head, it does leave a mark after using it for a while. I did sleep it in. They run a big small, so maybe a one size up because your able to adjust it anyways. I will say, sometimes when I would sleep in it I would feel as if I’m choking , so when using it to sleep don’t tie it to hard

I got a chin compression strap from my doctor after having double chin lipo and didn't feel like it was compressing me enough. Also, that first strap was giving me ear pain. I bought this and wow, what a difference immediately! My ears are free to breathe and the compression feels much more sturdy and snug. The velcro on this product is very strong and the materials feel quality + durable. It is very adjustable too, I can loosen or tighten if I need to. Excellent purchase and value. Would buy again and recommend fully.

The fit is fine but it doesn’t compress the jowls which is the point of it. I feel pressure on my chin and head but the jowls aren’t really shaped.
