**Q: Looking for mae ploy red curry paste 1kg**
A: Purchased 500 gram pot from Amazon,  haven't looked for 1kg

**Q: Is this paste mild  medium, or hot?**
A: Depends how much u use.

**Q: It is too salty for me, what can I add to make it tast less salty please?**
A: Use less paste, I usually use 3 heaped teaspoons for Ikg chicken, 2 large peppers, 400g of coconut milk (about 70% coconut extract) and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar for a strong flavour.  
Adding something creamy and/or sweet will balance out the saltiness - you could try yogurt if you are not keen on coconut milk.

**Q: How spicy is it?**
A: It's not spicy if you can handle spicy but it will be spicy if you can't. You can put less curry paste and add more coconut milk and water to make it less spicy.
