When we received it the product wasn’t working properly. I called and customer service was very friendly. We sent it backed and within a week a new one was sent out! We love it.

Screen stopped working after 2.5 years. Warranty only lasts 2 years so they can't replace or fix my $330 toaster. It also often browned too much ans/or burnt on even the lowest setting. Do not recommend this brand.

I was so tired of trying to turn the knob on my old toaster to try and get the correct setting in order to make my toast the way I wanted it. This toaster takes the guessing out of it. Just touch to color that you want for whatever you are cooking and hit start and within 2 mins your food is done. Very quiet as well. Only downside was the first time I used it the smell was like my house was on fire. Hoping that goes away after a few uses

This is a great toaster everyone in the family uses it every day! It has a sort of futuristic feel to it and there are many types of bread, waffles, bagels et cetera that you can toast to perfection. Worth the money hundred percent recommend 🙂

This toaster was not worth the high price tag. First, the touchscreen kept going black and we could not use the toaster until the screen came back on which could take anywhere from a few minutes to hours. Once we got it to work, the toasting speed was not any faster than my old toaster. Finally, the toasting color was very inconsistent and was hard to control. It always came out too light or burnt. No matter what setting I used, I couldn't get it just right. I would not bother with this toaster, even if it were inexpensive, I would not use it. I returned it.

We really like this toaster and it is easier for my girls to pick their own settings and they love the panini attachment.

I just had to have this toaster. It works great and very easy to use. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the panini press. It works, however the cheese didn't melt. I may have had too much cheese 300 bucks I was expecting perfection. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

I’m in love with this toaster, I’ve never had one that works better the heat elements are all little squares that heat up super quick and apply even heat on all surfaces. The touch screen is a little slow but shows you what you’re cooking and allows you to spect the level of cook time and browning. The pictures are a nice aid in what item and temp, the panini press is actually sure easy to clean and press any sandwich into, you might need to go an extra cook to finish your sandwich. You might be asking why I gave this three starts after all that positive review, well let me just say this. I’m On Toaster Number 3!!! The first time the screen just stopped allowing us to touch it. Then when we figured out how to make it work we had to do a bunch of tricks like un plug it then wait then plug it in and then just hit start regardless of what I wanted, didn’t always work. The company replaced it, great okay pretty decent Suport. I get the second one and it seams fine. Works for about two months then plugged into a surge protector power strip, I cook one sandwich and then when placing the second one to be heated the screen flashes and it’s fully dead. I reach out they ask for some photos thinking I didn’t take care of it and ruined it myself, and yet again they replaced it. So I guess it’s great they know the toast is trash and are willing to send you working models for a few months until they break or you reach the purchase price. I’m on use one right now of toaster number 3 I’ll update when this dies. If you don’t need the money this is an amazing toaster that works amazing for a month.

Lo conecte y no reacciona su pantalla touch, intente hacer la devolución y me la rechazaron, me dicen que no se puede devolver el producto y se me hace algo injusto porque es un producto costoso y solo tire mi dinero a la basura. NO LO COMPREN.
