Handy Quick Reference Guide
I am intent on trying the keto diet in the New Year and didn't particularly want large books or recipes - half of which I will not require. This quick guide is conveniently sized and could fit into a medium handbag for quick references whilst grocery shopping and is comprehensive enough to allow you to plan a weekly menu. Would recommend.

Good product, good information, very handy that it comes with a magnet pad to be able to fix it to the fridge. To add postage to the product price can make it expensive for what it is though.

Excellent! Easy to use, informational, and precise.
Excellent fridge magnet flip card! I love this more than I thought I would. The design is so simple and nice. The information for carbs and substitutions is vital for switching to KETO. It has net carbs per serving on each item as well as the use for the item, like using Monkfruit instead of cane sugar or sugar alcohols. It is easy to flip through and stays up on the card you need. It's great value for a simple product.
