Bought these for my daughter some while ago who put them to good use with her beautiful hand lettering!

A great pack to add to my collection. Wanted a variety of pastels to use and this gives a good selection. The blue is a little brighter than what I would class as pastel but the others are nice and calm colours. Tombow Dual Brush Pens (large brush pens) take a little getting used to so if you’re a beginner, maybe start with a small brush pen and then progress to the larger Tombows when you’ve had some practise. They took me a little while to get used to. Great pens for lettering though!

I got the pastel kit and I absolutely love the colours. Like a few other people mentioned, the pink is not pastel, and is a lot more vibrant than the colour on the lid, so I think this needs to be addressed and revised, but other than that the colours are great! The colours are also great. They are water soluble and so far they haven't bled through papers that I use. I generally use these with the Scribbles that Matter bullet journal notebook. I would highly recommend these if you'd like to add some colour to your bullet journals!

I originally got the Tombow because I was looking for a brush pen to make lovely flourishes with. It's good for that. I didn't necessarily think I'd use the smaller brush-pen, and yet I have -- it's deceptively hard to make a clean, thin line with the longer side, and the smaller end serves that purpose nicely. I *can* do it with careful control on the long side, but it's a lot more work and I get tired quickly if I need to. It just makes sense to use both for different things. The longer brush feels wonderful. It's a bit fiddly and I've needed to practice extensively with it (and there's more practice coming, of course.) But the flip side of that is that it's wonderful for fine, exacting work. It's slightly hard to control, and extremely rewarding to control.

I’d been wondering what the hype was about Tombow and now I know. The colours are beautiful and the brush works so smoothly. I’m new to bullet journal and brush lettering but it’s very easy to get used to. I would just say that some colours show up more than others - like the green and yellow are much paler in comparison to the blue and pink which I’d consider to be a bit more vibrant.

Beautiful pastel colours. In most cases the colours matched the lids, however the pink was a little brighter than expected and the lilac a little bluer. Ink flowed freely from the brush ends, no problem with dryness. Colours on pack are: Blue 452 Blue 553 Lilac 623 Green 243 Lemon 062 Pink 723 Colours can be built up by going over the same space again ( so take care not to do this is you want a uniform colour!) and changed by going over with another colour from the pack so you actually get far more then 6 colours. Please see photos for colour comparison and effects but be aware this is scribbled on low quality printer paper so is not as good as if you were to use high quality paper and take your time. Does exactly what I needed

I didn’t know much about these but my niece wanted them for Christmas. She was extremely excited about them and told me they are the best ones to buy. She’s big into art and was very pleased with them so I would say they are good and worth getting! This particular color was hard to find in stores so thank you Amazon for carrying them!

Als Anfänger in der Handlettering-Szene bin ich mehrfach in der Fachliteratur auf diese Stifte aufmerksam gemacht worden. Flux bestellt und ausprobiert. Klappt super! Die Stiftspitzen sind für Anfänger wie mich ideal: Nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich. So macht Lernen Spaß. Laut Fachbüchern nicht nur für Anfänger geeignet, sondern auch für Fortgeschrittene. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zahlt sich sprichwörtlich aus.

Die Tombow Stifte sind die bisher bestens Stifte, die ich für das Handlettering ausprobiert habe. Wenn man noch etwas übt, können sie relativ schnell ausfransen, umso geübter man ist und die richtige Technik zum lettern hat, halten die Stifte sehr lange. Tolle Farben - damit macht das malen und lettern gleich doppelt so viel Spaß!!

Very beautiful colours! It took a while to receive the package. Please make sure you close the cap well! I thought I did but unfortunately I didn't... So the pastel purple turned into a bold purple colour.
