Great for ice cream machines
I needed a strong spatula to scrape the ice cream from my ice cream bowl without scratching the surface. This is perfect. I wish I’d bought it a long time ago.

Great quality
It’s one of my favorite spatulas. My dad had a few of these in the restaurant. To me it’s strong to handle my stirring of pastries.

Don’t melt like other versions and don’t scratch pans
Had one of these for years and family members asked where I had bought them. Couldn’t even remember but bought two of these for daughters after looking up on Amazon. These don’t melt like cheaper versions And they also don’t scratch pans.
