LEE PRECISION 90700, Auto Bench Priming Tool

Great tool but use with care no extra pressure.

Very easy to use, and makes loading easier.

Once set up it makes light work of quickly priming my .38 special cases. Not used it yet on any other calibre. This was bought to replace the older hand Lee primer which had developed cracks in the plastic primer trays after years of use.

It's cheap and cheerful, but the results are good. Just have to keep tapping the primer container as they don't always feed down, but a minor annoyance. Just be careful to make sure all primers are the right way up, and don't apply too much force. That's just practice to figure out the right amount (not difficult, but it will become obvious).

I stupidly broke my original ine by being to heavy to heavy handed and you guessed it I was going on a range day 4 days later. This arrived within 2 days of ordering and I was able to finish my reloading in plenty of time. Not the most expensive one on the market but still does a great job.

I found this product easy to use and as I have arthritis in my right thumb it was excellent nothing to dislike about this primer tool

Used a Lee hand primer loader for years, prefer this though. Doesn't get five stars because the primers clog in the tray and don't feed consistently. Not much of an issue as you should be paying attention anyway. Easily corrected by flicking the tray. Shouldn't need to do it though. Don't let that put you off purchasing one as its a solid piece of kit with a good feel when seating the primer.

After watching numerous utube videos showing that the presenters prefer this primer tool over the Rcbs tool, I purchased it. So far I have primed several hundred cases and decided it’s efficient and works fairly well. The drawbacks are that the primer pan always leaks a few primers, even if you lock it before inserting it in the tool. I have had two or three primers turn cattywampus into the shell, but that was maybe due to my negligence. Back to the primer pan, I wish it felt more secure in the lock to on slide of the selection button. Other than that, if you’re methodical and diligent, checking each primer in position properly and if you’ve done good case prep, this thing works great and doesn’t leave you with a cramped hand at the end of your loading session.

Al momento ho potuto verificare il prodotto puramente dal punto di vista estetico: Bello, essenziale e comodamente funzionale. L'articolo appare solido e stabile, i movimenti fluidi e privi di attriti o inceppamenti. La base risulta essere in due parti di alluminio stampato ben accoppiate e prive di flessioni. La leva in acciaio è comoda ed ergonomica, liscia al tatto e priva di asperità esenta da ogni qualsivoglia Bava da lavorazione. L'assemblaggio delle parti fra loro è facile ed intuitivo. Insomma un ottimo prodotto. Appena ne avrò la possibilità di utilizzo verificherò funzionalità e comodità. Per ora confermo senza dubbi la mia soddisfazione. Maurizio
