I was really impressed with this. I had a problem when windy with soot coming down the chimney flue and on the laminate floor. This stops all the soot, stops draughts and keeps the room more insulated and warmer when using the central heating. Simple but effective

We wish we had bought this years ago. Not only has it stopped the cold down draught it’s made the chimney so much quieter on very windy days.

The handle is a little short for my fireplace , as a woman my arm is just a little short to insert in the flue . Also I expected it to be slightly thicker, I'm sure its thick enough to block the cold I just thought it would be slightly thicker to add stability .
