No Southern Schisandra!
I used to prefer another popular brand until they changed their packaging and formulation- adding Southern Schisandra, which is not as effective.

I'm a round mound s3x magnet.
Coworker told me to get these to aid in weight loss as it boosts your metabolism. I'm still fat. Maybe it works in conjunction with other things like a better diet or exercise. I bought it to cut corners (and fat). Didn't realize I'd have to do something additional. It did boost my metabolism and increased my hunger. I exercise on my way to the fridge. I'm getting over 10k steps just walking from the couch to the kitchen. Perhaps this is working.
