Since I don't drink milk or even have dairy,because cows milk is for their babies. So i do have to replace, so I take the calcium with Vit.D.I do eat yoghurt made from plants or from nutmeats,which is great for your body.Taste amazing.

When I had a bone density test 2 years ago, it showed osteopenia, the precursor to osteoporosis. My doctor recommended I switch to plant based calcium and appropriate exercises. I'm a bit disabled so the exercise was difficult but I made the switch to this calcium. My last bone test, my bones were fine! My doctor said that whatever I was doing, keep doing it. I like the fact that this is plant-based. Calcium, it absorbs better into the body. I had my blood tests done recently. And I have a good calcium level. Where before it was low due to osteoporosis.
