My cosmetologist said that the ingredients are pretty nice and the product overall is good. But I just can't get used to it residue - it's waaay to sticky and the overall feelings are not pleasant...

This is a permanent subscribe and save item for me at this point. I used to spend way more on prestige brand toners thinking the price meant better results. Then I actually compared ingredient lists and realized CeraVe was giving me hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and ceramides in one bottle for a fraction of the cost. That was the switch and I haven't gone back. My skin is sensitive and dry and this toner doesn't irritate it at all. No burning, no tightness, no redness after application. The non alcoholic formula makes a huge difference. Most toners strip your skin and leave it feeling raw but this one actually hydrates. My face feels plump and calm after every use. The fragrance free part matters more than people think. I used to break out from toners that smelled great but were loaded with irritants. This has none of that. Just clean effective ingredients that do what they're supposed to do. Non comedogenic means it doesn't clog pores which is exactly what I need since I'm acne prone on top of being dry. It layers well under moisturizer and sunscreen without pilling or feeling heavy. The 6.8 oz bottle lasts a solid amount of time with daily use. Between the ingredient quality and the price I genuinely don't see a reason to spend more on toner ever again.
