Review: Astonishing for the price - I bought this cable as a replacement for a headphone cable that had long since been worn out. I'm a bit of an audiophile, as I am a guitar maker, and an experienced musician, I can't tolerate poor sound. With this in mind I decided to buy these cables as they had come highly recommended by friends who had use them for their headphones. Despite what I was expecting, these cables were in fact better than the ones I got with my high-end headphones. These are well made cables that don't feel overly thin or flimsy, and produce more than acceptable sound clarity for the price. I've used these in a plethora of other situations, such as the car speakers, and overall they haven't let me down. If you're on the hunt for a decent cable that won't let you down, at an affordable price point, there really isn't any point in looking further than these cables.
Review: Does as it says! - Exactly what it says on the tin. Works well 👍

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the diameter of the head connector? The part that says "Amazon Basics?"**
A: 7 mm. That is 0.275 inches. That's the reason I bought these cables!! I have some old Logitech noise cancelling headphones that have a narrow shaft for inserting the cable lead - and most 3.5 mm cables have a shaft that is to large to fit. These work great !!

**Q: Will this work with a LG G4?**
A: Yeah

**Q: is one of these 2.5? im looking for 2.5/3.5**
A: This is 3.5 male on each end. Which is the same size as the traditional Walkman / mp3 player size for a set of head phones. Sorry, the 2.5 is smaller, where this cord will be to big. For example, I have mine attached to a Nokia smart phone, and the AUX port On the radio in my genesis... Sounds just as good as the other higher priced cord, which I use in the house.

**Q: can i connect the amazon echo dot to my ipod nano 6 gen using this**
A: I just connected my ipod nano 7th generation to the alexa echo dot using the bluetooth. On my ipod I went to settings and switched bluetooth to on and stood near the alexa echo dot, my ipod searched and found the echo dot and listed it as a device, I then selected that and it connected right away to the alexa. Alexa said it was connected and started playing my music... Hope this helps some folks ;-)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It does the job
*by N***T on 26 September 2023*

Build quality looks about the same as the numerous non-brand cheapies - not awful but not great. About 2mm step on the connectors - fine for my phone in its case, YVMMV. Headphone cables always end up breaking near a connector and I expect the same to happen with this after a few years of use. Audio sounds fine, no noticeable difference compared to other cables I have, but I'm not using expensive audiophile gear, just good budget gear: Philips SHP9500 phones & Fosi Q4. I don't know if those fifty quid audiophile cables are much better, if at all. Almost 8 quid. I know prices of most things have increased but it probably costs less than a quid to make this cable.
