What are the wash instructions ?

There is not any on the garment. I washed them on Permanent Press in cold, with like colors. Then, dried them on Normal with Medium heat. There was no shrinkage.

Do they hang dry quickly?

I've only used a dryer, but I would think that they would. I love mine set!
