This is definitely worth the money

Bought two of the RRS versions to use with my RRS heads but needed a couple more to use on the other heads I use. Didn't really want to pay the excessive RRS prices, I have to say, these are excellent. They fit perfectly in all my RRS Q/R clamps, use the larger 3/8 16 bolt, so provide a secure and confidence inspiring attachment, plus they have the two safety stop bolts. What isn't to like.
