These taste great and seem high quality. They're very easy to take since they're in gummy form, too. As far as the nutritional value, I will assume they're honestly reporting that information, and unless you need some specialized nutrition for some reason, I think these work just fine as a general, all-purpose multivitamin.

I have been having a hard time finding these in local stores lately. The size and value are spot on!
